As between you and Wankoz.com, you retain whatever ownership rights you lawfully possess in your Submissions. Wankoz.com does not acquire ownership of your Submissions merely because you them.

By submitting content, you grant Wankoz.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, reproduce, display, make technically necessary copies of, format, encode, transcode, resize, generate thumbnails or previews from, and otherwise technically process the Submission solely to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, deliver, secure, maintain, moderate, and display the Service and to make the Submission available through functionality you elect to use.
